Stainless steel grommets

Unread post by prk68sstoys »

Hi, new here but have been looking for a place like this. I have been making my own toys for many years in stainless and in leather. Mainly insertable stainless and cock rings, but havent done much leather recently.

The attached are 3 different grommets each made of 3 rings, one larger one is cut in to 6 pieces. I made the first of this type 25 years ago but lost the originals and no longer have a tig welder. They work anal and vaginally, and when sized correctly for a persons hips, mucles, curves and abillities they stay in place very well. They also leave the outer sensitive area exposed to be rubbed or vibbed etc, a lot better then the silicone and alluminum ones I have seen online.

I was hoping to one day find them in stores... I do not want to do it myself but love to see my ideas grow.

I make them with a mig so it takes a long times grinding and polishing them to remove the weld splatter etc. No access to the correct gas mixes for mig on stainless in the Virgin Islands... I plan on buying a TIG welder in the near future.

I browsed this forum and it looks like no inuse pictures which is fine...

They must have taken ages to make and finish. Hat off to you, they look like a lot of fun.
I'm just a kinky married mother of two who enjoys playing with sex toys and telling the internet all about it. ;)

Most of the time was grinding filing and polishing... which if I had a Tig or the correct gas it would have been much less. Probably about 2 to 3 hours just weld clean-up but 30 to 45 minutes to cut and weld... If someone built jigs and templates the cut and weld with a tig would be 10 minutes ish.
