Help with E-stim for my penis

I am looking to get some e-stim toys to use on my penis.

Can I please get some suggestions as to what I should get and from where?

Also, does e-stim promote penis growth and or orgasms? If so, I'm in.

Hi Bob,

E-stim doesn't really promote growth but it can be used alongside other methods like Jelking and pumping. On the orgasm front, yes it can lead to hands-free orgasms but they are by no means guaranteed and initially, it can require a bit of experimentation to find what settings and electrode placements work well for you.

There are a lot of suppliers out there producing some good kit and others not so. I would stick with E-Stim Systems, Electrastim and Erostek for control boxes. That said though, the Coyote from DG-Labs is an interesting control box with some great features and a fantastic price, again a review is on my site of that one.

Electrodes come in all shapes and sizes, from self-adhesive monopole electrodes to bipolar plugs and even urethral sounds.

What advantage or disadvantages does the different sizes of 4mm or the 6mm other ? mm have on one's penis?
So I guess that I am asking why one would chose a certain diameter?

4mm is much more flexible than 6mm CR but due to its smaller surface area, you tend to get stronger sensations from it, so it is ideal if you are maxing out the output of your control box.

6mm CR feels smoother due to the greater surface area. Use an electro gel with both the get good contact with your skin.

If whichever you choose feels too spiky or harsh you could double the loop to again provide more skin surface contact area and this will give a smoother sensation.
