I should say that one of the reasons I'm keen on the insert collection idea is that with my favourite electrode the frenulum contacts press hard enough to occlude the urethra and stop the flow until ejaculation. And, of course urethral inserts are quite kinky which is always a bonus. I had rather hoped I would take to urethral electrodes but unfortunately I don't find them very effective.

Urethral electrdoes can be very intense and not for everyone and I can understand what you mean about restricting the flow of pre-cum until ejaculation. A urethral insert would be a fun way to be able to milk or just let the pre-cum flow.

Electrostimulation almost always lying on your back.
It is more pleasant, more comfortable if you also have pads on the perineum or in the anal area and above all more relaxing.

However, when I want a lot of precum the best way to collect it is to get in doggy style and apply pressure directly on the prostate with a dildo or better a curved stimulator.
During this operation a vacuum pump on the penis makes it much easier.

I also find that by applying the electrodes later the penis is less sensitive and I can stimulate for a long time and enjoy the experience more!
