The vapour smoothed ABS ones look so much better than the PLA ones I have on my mask. I may have to make myself some upgrades.

I am chuffed to bits as someone on FetLife has commissioned me to make two sets of these for his gas masks. So its time to fire up the Voron 0 and melt some ABS.

Thank you, it is a skill that I have taught myself through trial and (lots of) error, Youtube has been a huge help . It is fantastic to be able to have an idea and a few hours or days later have something in my hand.

Version 2 is the one that I went with and here are a couple of pictures. The first is one of the eye piece covers and the second is with both clipped in place. They are a nice and tight fit and you just push them into place. To get them off just soak the mask in hot water and then pull them back off again. :D

That's what I thought, the bars will re-enforce the feeling of claustrophobie. I am now onto version 2 of the design and would be interested to see if everyone prefers the clean look or the rivets and bolts look.
