Hello, im New with mystim.(soz my english, im spanish)
I have 2 loops, 1 bipolar sound and pads. And max user 8 lines (channel 1- 2Pos + 2Neg, and Channel 2- 2Pos + 2neg) i can put 4lines in channel 1 and only 2 in chanel 2, or 2lines in channel 1 and 2 in channel 2.

My question is... if i want try to triphase? How is the Best position?
I think 2 negative at anal sound and then? 1 loop positive in glans and other loop positive in penis base or 2 negative anal sound and 1 pad in perineum and other loop in glans?
Thx so much and i need differents ideas or configuration for rate and width in manual Mode.
And for my girlfriend too ;)

Thanks Joanne
You can put a pad there or use an electrode designed to stimulate the frenulum directly.
Can you recommend an electrode for that purpose?

Hi, welcome to the forum.

The dorsal nerve serves the gland of the penis and the frenulum and is often used as a point of stimulation.

If you enjoy stimming your frenulum, you are not alone, as it is a common area to enjoy. You can put a pad there or use an electrode designed to stimulate the frenulum directly.

As a complete newbie to the E-Stim world, I am looking forward to much experimentation.

Can anyone tell me why it is normal to stimulate the dorsal nerve on the penis? The most sensitive part (for me at least) is the frenulum. Would it not be a good idea to put a pad there, or a cock ring insulated from the top dorsal nerve?

I'm sure there is a good reason but I don't know what it could be, but that may be because I have tried it yet!

Many thanks

E-Stim Electrode Positions

I wrote a very popular guide (half a million views in six months) that highlights some great electrode positions to try no matter what your sex.

You can read the guide here - Electrosex And E-stim Electrode Position Guide

Remember that good hands-free orgasms come from your brain and not your genitals but electrode positioning does definitely help a lot.

Here are a few tips to help you achieve a hands-free orgasm.
  • Try to minimise distractions when you stim.
  • Recreate a normal masturbation setting, so if you enjoy watching porn then do so.
  • Don't chase the orgasm. Enjoy the e-stim session by relaxing and just enjoying the session.
  • Ramp up the power slowly.
  • Keep a stimming session diary to record settings, electrode placements and what worked and more importantly what didn't. I have an example E-Stim Diary that you can use.
Here are some example positions from my guide:
